2, How do i find design i’m searching for

We have a different category for embroidery design and digital print design. We have categorized Sub Category as per Different Concepts and trends. You can Narrow your search result by using filter options. Enter keyword or design code in search bar for specific designs you are looking for.

3, How do I get detailed information about Design?

To view in-depth information about Design, go to the design Details page by clicking any thumbnail image on the Search Results page or in category listing page. The Design Details page provides complete information about design, such as keywords associated with that design, Specifications, file sizes and additional information.

4, How safe is it to use my credit card on your site?

We use the latest encryption technology to help ensure that your information is kept safe while in transit. TEDEEX is a secure e-commerce site. Your payment information will be routed, processed and secured through PAYTM.

5, What file Type will I receive

If you Purchase an Embroidery Designs you will receive .EMB file or any other file which is mention into design Description. This can be open in Wilcom software or any other embroidery design software.

If you purchased a digital print design you will receive a layered Adobe Photoshop PSD files or Adobe Illustrator EPS/AI or JPEG image at the size you specified when purchasing. This file can be opened in packages such as Adobe Photoshop.

All Design should be zipped into .ZIP format. So you have to un zipped that file before using it.

6, Returns & Refunds on patterns?

Downloadable Non-Exclusive License Designs are not returnable or refundable once they have been purchased/downloaded, for obvious reasons. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify us within 10 days of your purchase, we will either provide a replacement/update to that item or refund your transaction.
